hey, i am back. i decided to put two more up, since i am revising my poetry for school today, so i am in that mood. plus, something seems to be coming in june, soon. and b/c the last shift left me different. and feeling different. so i wanted to share this, for those that feel like i do. and welcome you to the silence, where it doesnt matter, b/c everything is one. much love and light! this is the first one, old, i know. take care, star.

Keepers of the Silence

We are the Keepers of the Silence,
Where Truth and Love are found.

The High Road is a lonely one,
We are the Keepers.

A code of our own,
A truth beholden to us.

The Keepers are made by Surrender,
By their Faith and Hope.

Radiating Love and High Energy,
The world shuns the Light.

The Light in us struggles to survive,
For the world fears what it doesn’t understand.

Not high-born, not cocky,
Or better than anyone else, we are.

But true to our Truth,
Ourselves and the Light.

Or trying to be.
It is not easy to hold our own.

The world crashes against us,
Wave after wave of loneliness.

For we will not abandon ourselves
To please the multitudes.

Been there, done that,
Not a good place to be, Un-Self.

A conscious choice to try our best,
To be our best, and recreate ourselves anew each day.

A choice to be inherently different,
Misunderstood, silent.

Finding our Power, holding it,
A silent and trying journey.

Finding the balance between dualities,
Heartbreaking and renewing.

Living in Love, absence of Fear,
Hard but infinitely peaceful.

We know who we are.
We can be found everywhere.

In the shadows, observing,
In the spotlight, leading with Grace.

In the middle, peacemaking.
In the back, forgotten.

But it doesn’t really matter.
We know where we stand, don’t need to be told.

Keepers of the Silence,
Our Truth and greatest Joy.

Look around, can you spot us?
Keep looking, keep hoping and loving.

Be true to your Self,
Find your Power.

We, Keepers of the Silence,
And Sacred Space and Interconnection,

Will blaze the path, by our conscious choice,
We choose to live this way.

In the Shadows and the Light,
We love, live and forgive.

In this humongous world,
We have found our place.

Time to find yours,
Or not.

The choice is yours,
As it was ours.

Either way, we live, forever,
Keepers of the Silence.
