borders, passports, visas and other  I am sure most of the readers who come regularly know I travel often. One of the human parts of me is gypsy. One of the things that fustrates me endlessly is long term visas. You have to jump thru hoops. I feel this world belongs to us all and we should have the freedom to migrate as human do. All throughout history humans have moved across his planet, we will always do so. SO why do we make it so fu<!<ing hard to do this????  And when presented with this issue I become both excited and frustrated. I want us to be able to go where we wish, to live and love whom we desire with no restrictions on boundries.

Moving around the earthI believe George W. Bush recently signed an agreement virtually wiping out borders between Canada and the USA. He supposedly did it arbitrarily without the support or knowledge of Congress. I will look into it. Anyone with information on the subject, please post. It would be appreciated. I for one would like to find out more. Thanks!

passport bsSo I went in to submit my passport application last week and after taking with a few friends I thought I would like go over the process. You really dont need a whole lot of stuff to get your passport, it is rather simple to get everything together.
you will need your birth certificate or old passport
a couple of fotos (longs was cheapest @ 7 bucks)
the application and cash.
If you are over 18 it is about $115.usd
under 18 is halfprice and will need parental consent also.
and a valid id.
Take it all to the locl post office, there will be a passport office there somewhere, or at most county courthouses.
File the papers pay the fee and wahh lahh, few weeks later the government will send you your documents.
most countries do not require special visa, but some do you will usually be able to find out when looking for tickets which do and dont.
I encourage everyone I know to get a passport, for one reason; if anything ever happened it is only way you can LEAVE the usa legally
